Refund Policy

Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items

Refunds are only accepted within 30 days of receipt if:

The product is defective, or
The wrong model or color was sent

To qualify:

The item must be completely unused, and
The original packaging must be intact

In these cases, Casezom will cover the return shipping cost.
Please contact us at casezom@support.com to obtain a return label before sending the item back.
Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

Returns Due to Personal Preference

If you wish to return a product because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you may also contact us within 7 days of receipt at casezom@support.com. In such cases:

Return shipping is at your own expense
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Used items or those with damaged or missing packaging will not be refunded
Exchanges are not accepted. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order if desired
Refunds will not be granted due to minor color variations (color differences caused by lighting or screen display)
Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable

Please ensure you accept these terms before placing an order.

Return Instructions

You must contact us first to obtain a return label and instructions. Do not send back any product without approval.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days:

Please first check with your payment provider (e.g., bank, credit card company)
