RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- International orders (include US) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label
- Email us (support@casezom.com) with your tracking number and pictures attached of the received item/package and detailed information to describe the issue. Your request will be processed and confirmed via email on working days usually within 72 hours.
EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING
Merchandise must be exchanged within 30 days of the order date
- Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days after we've received the exchanged item
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- International orders (include US) will NOT receive a prepaid shipping label
- An order can only be exchanged once
COUPON CODES
- If you forget to apply a discount code at checkout we are able to apply the discount code only up to 12 hours after placing the order
- Only one code can be used on a purchase
- Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been shipped
